Signing the tenancy agreement

When you move in you will sign a tenancy agreement, a legal contract between yourself and Warwickshire Rural Housing Association.

The agreement sets out your rights and responsibilities as a tenant. The agreement also sets out our rights and responsibilities as a landlord.

There are different types of tenancy agreements depending on when you became a tenant, the type of home you live in, and the needs of you or your family.
