Become a WRHA Board Member
Warwickshire Rural Housing Association (WRHA) are looking for new voluntary Board members, who are keen to help shape the future of specialist rural housing.
For over 35 years our innovative charitable housing association has provided high quality homes, specifically for those with a local connection.
What type of people are we looking for?
We're looking for passionate people with a commitment to helping sustain rural communities through the provision of affordable housing.
We're particularly keen to hear from people with a passion for affordable housing and working with local communities, as well as experience in any of the following topics:
- an appreciation of the resident experience and experience of multi-channel engagement
- housing development and the planning system
- social and housing policy
- legal expertise
- working within a regulated environment (ideally housing)
- strategic financial planning and management and/or treasury
- delivering strategically to meet the needs of vulnerable or disadvantaged groups.
Applications from people with disabilities and people from an ethnic minority backgrounds, are especially welcomed, and WRHA residents and those who live in affordable housing are actively encouraged to apply.
