Broom and Claverdon

Warwickshire Rural Housing Association and WRCC invite you to join us as we start on TWO rural affordable housing schemes in Warwickshire.

  • Who are we?

    Warwickshire Rural Housing Association (WRHA)

WRHA are a rural housing specialist, committed to delivering affordable homes for local people in Warwickshire's rural communities.

    WRCC (Warwickshire Rural Community Council)

WRCC deliver the Rural Housing Enabler project across Warwickshire, which encourages rural communities to seize the initiative and get involved in the provision of affordable new homes.

  • About the event

Come along and find out about two new affordable housing schemes, which will provide 19 much-needed homes for the rural communities of Broom and Claverdon.

We'll show you the two sites, and explain more about the process of bringing these rural schemes to reality. After lunch we'll talk you through the roles of the different partners involved in enabling rural homes and how the community is involved throughout.

  • Who's the event for?
